At Al Sultan & Khalaf Trading Co. we have strict no exchange or return policy for any damaged or used products. Anything that has been bought, received, or used cannot be exchanged or refunded. If this is an issue for you, you will have to visit the store with the purchased item to further discuss.

If the item that was purchased has a defect or fault. We offer different options for returning or exchanging these items depending on how long ago it was purchased and who the manufacturer is.

The only accepted return or exchange policy that we hold at Al Sultan & Khalaf Trading Co. are only applicable to items that have been unopened.
