Shipping & installation costs will vary depending on the products that were purchased.

• Large items will require a scheduled delivery.
• Small items will ship within 2-5 days of delivery.
• Installation will depend on the customer, if inquired or not. This will be an extra cost and is not included in the total cost of the product. The option for installation requirement will be there upon purchasing the product.

Large items delivery

We are committed to delivering your large items safely. All large item delivery will be scheduled via phone calls. Our employees will call you to schedule your large item deliveries. Any installation services will also be scheduled via phone calls. Delivery and installations of large items will be an extra cost. This cost will not be included in the product cost that was originally purchased online.

Small items delivery

All small item deliveries will be delivered within 2-5 days. This will be scheduled via phone calls through our employees. All small item deliveries will have an extra cost of 2 K.D. through the external couriers.

Pick Up

Any purchased items will also be applicable to be picked up from our location on the day of purchase at Al Sultan & Khalaf Trading Co. This will also be scheduled via phone calls through our employees.
